Yes, our team at Paper Plane Agency can manage the creation of custom branded swag from start to finish. Alternatively, if you have swag inventory on hand already, the project team can take over the management and sending of those items as well.

How do I track my sends?

All Postal activity is tracked in the platform, by campaign, item, link, or contact. When tracking data is available, you will get email notifications regarding delivery status and can access information in the contact record.

Can Postal store my custom swag items internationally?

Yes. Postal partners with best in class global vendors, logistics companies, and warehouses can store and manage the sending of inventory through the system. The Postal ordering system helps track your inventory in real time in your account.

What payment types can I use in my Postal account?

You can add your credit card directly in the product to fund your Postal Balance, or get pre-approved for invoicing.

How do I reach contacts that are working from home?

Postal verifies contact addresses from your CRM. If you don’t know where your prospects are working from, you can turn on address refresh to obtain their remote working location. Postal also asks recipients to confirm or edit their address via the gift email or Magiclink delivery.
